It was the quickest border in the whole trip. It took half an hour, maybe less, from crossing the bridge towards the sheds where the Guatemalan frontier services were settled, to parking the motorcycle outside the insurance agency, already in Belize .  Not only Melchor de Mencos is very little busy, but also the entrance in Belize took no more formalities than a stamp on the passport and a note mentioning the entrance of the bike, handwritten next to the stamp.
